Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to shipping).
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
We will replace it at no extra cost. 🖤


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via:

  • Mobile wallet (Vodafone Cash / InstaPay)

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
